The Lune Minimalist Frameless LED Circular Wall Sconce reduces a wall light to its simplest possible gesture: one slim bar, one open ring, and a line of diffused light that reads as drawn rather than mounted. It sits close to the wall at a depth of two inches, so it works in a hallway where anything bulkier becomes an obstacle, and in a bedroom where it takes over from a bedside lamp and frees the whole surface of the nightstand.
Installation is surface mounted and takes about five minutes with a screwdriver. The backplate measures 4.8 inches across, small enough to sit over most existing junction boxes without patching, and the bar is an inch wide. The ring gives an even, uniform glow with no visible diodes or bright spots, which is what keeps the fixture looking calm when it is switched on rather than only when it is off.
Because it hangs vertically it flatters tall walls: staircases, entryways, a run of three above a console, or a pair framing a headboard. Each length is offered hardwired or with a plug, so it works whether or not there is a junction box on the wall.
