Nothing, shipping is free on every US order, with no minimum required. It's automatically applied at checkout, so you'll never see a shipping charge added to your order.
Orders placed by 5:00 PM EST start processing the same business day. Handling takes 1–2 business days and transit typically takes 5–7, so plan on your lamp arriving within 6–9 business days of ordering, delivered by USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can follow its journey anytime on our Track Your Order page, and if anything ever looks off in transit, reach out and we'll chase the carrier for you.
You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, as long as it's unused and in its original packaging with all accessories. We never charge restocking fees. Just email Info@Lunorre.com with your order number to get started.
We'll make it right at zero cost to you, return shipping is fully covered for anything damaged, defective, or incorrect, and we'll send a replacement or full refund. For change-of-mind returns, you cover the return shipping; original shipping charges aren't refundable.
Once your return arrives and passes a quick inspection, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–10 business days for it to appear on your statement.
