The Orbella Sculptural Rounded Glass Globe Wall Sconce sets a spherical shade against a shallow semicircular backplate, so the globe appears to rest in a cupped hand rather than bolted onto the wall. The result is compact, under eight inches wide, and reads as sculpture during the day and a light after dark.
Seven colorways are offered, from restrained black and white through to pink, yellow, red and two shades of green, each applied to the iron body, so the glass stays the brighter element. The bulb sits fully enclosed within the shade, throwing a soft, even glow with no glare at eye level. Choose warm light for bedrooms and lounges, or neutral where you want a cleaner, more current feel.
Orbella suits bedside walls, living rooms, hallways and any spot where a table lamp would only take up surface you do not have.
