The Marlowe Vintage Industrial Rustic Rope Pendant Light hangs a rounded glass globe from a natural rope cord rather than a chain or a flex, and the contrast between the smooth glass and the coarse fiber is the whole point. A slim metal collar joins the two, and the ceiling plate stays deliberately small at under five inches.
Two glass options change the character entirely. Clear glass leaves the bulb fully visible and throws a bright, sparkling light that suits a filament lamp. Amber glass warms everything it touches, turning the same bulb into a low golden pool that works better over a table than over a counter. Both sizes take a single E26 socket and accept LED, incandescent or fluorescent bulbs, with a 39.37-inch cord that can be shortened during fitting.
Marlowe suits living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens and stair voids, and reads equally well in a period cottage or a stripped-back modern space. Hang a single unit low over a side table, or group three at staggered heights in a stairwell. The rope is the detail people notice first. Partially preassembled; hardwired.
