A line of light rather than a lamp. The Lineo Minimalist Diffused Cove LED Wall Light reduces a wall sconce to a single slim bar that draws a clean horizontal or vertical stroke across the plaster. Four lengths are offered, from a compact 23.5 inches to a room-spanning 47 inches, so the fixture can behave as a discreet accent above a console or as a piece of architecture in its own right.
An acrylic diffuser runs the full length of the bar and hides the LED strip behind it, giving an unbroken band of light with no visible dots or scalloping. Choose the white color temperature for a crisp, contemporary read, or the three-color version to switch between warm, neutral and cool light as the hour changes. The body comes in matte black or brushed gold.
Mount Lineo horizontally above a sofa, a headboard or a run of shelving, or turn it vertically to flank a mirror or a doorway. It is direct-wired rather than plug-in, so the cable disappears entirely into the wall for a genuinely clean line. In a hallway, a pair mounted at the same height on facing walls will stretch the space visually.
